As president, he is responsible for staffing, managing inventory and finances, and overseeing engineering, constructional, electrical and technical operations. A certified electrical contractor, Mr. Torres Collazo obtained his Associate's Degree in Electrical Systems, with concentration in Mechanics and Hydraulics, in 1968.
