Mr. Schwartz attributes his success to having a strong partner, working hard and hiring only people who are qualified for the job at hand. In addition to industry-related training, Mr. Schwartz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, with a Minor in Business Administration, from the University of South Florida-Tampa.
