Mr. Holub has over seven years of experience in construction industry, specializing in pre-construction and estimating services. As a senior estimator at S. M. Wilson & Company he is responsible for creating detailed budgets and conceptual estimates as well as preparing competitive bids. Other responsibilities include project selection, subcontractor scope development, bid packaging and overall management of the estimating/pre-construction team.

Mr. Holub attributes his success in part to his education but primarily to the support he receives from his mentors and colleagues. He became involved in the construction industry at an early age as an employee with a residential builder and concrete contractor. Mr. Holub notes that the most rewarding aspect of his career is the people he meets and conducts business with on a day-to-day basis; he particularly enjoys helping clients reach their goals through professionalism and service that is second to none.

Mr. Holub received his Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University and is involved with the Heart of America Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors as a board member.
