Toby Frank began his construction career in the Denver metro area 17 years ago. Last year, he assumed his current position as President with an up and coming company. Colorado Construction and Design, LLC, is a firm that specializes in punctual home building and all types of home renovations including remodels, basement finishes, outdoor living areas, patios/decks, and unique projects. As president he is responsible for the communications and success of all business operations including marketing, sales, construction, design, purchasing and customer service operations. Toby attributes his success to his construction knowledge, years of customer service experience, special contractor relationships and his personal drive to offer consumers a new, committed and dependable multi-services construction company. This company is committed to "hassle free" and "better than rest" processes.

Mr. Frank received an Associate's Degree in Marketing in 1996 while working full time framing houses in Littleton, CO. He has various construction certificates and has personally managed the building of 550 plus new homes, 250 finished basements and hundreds of other unique home projects. His affiliations include the Denver Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau of Denver. Toby has worked very hard to achieve many awards and acknowledgements. They include: "2006 Construction Manager of the Year", Denver Metro's HBA; "2006 Best Overall Manager" Village Homes of Colorado, Inc.; HBA Quality Construction Certified; OSHA certified; EPA/SWMP certified and 2005 Safest and Cleanest jobsites". Mr. Frank looks forward to building his business into a services/product company that commits to its customers and their needs.
