Fort Myers fence company, Liberty Fencing, is pleased to announce the hiring of Donald Steves as its new Lead Installer, responsible for leading the installation division of the company.

CAPE CORAL, FL, August 28, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Liberty Fencing, a Fort Myers fence company, is pleased to announce the hiring of Donald Steves as the Company's New Lead Installer. Donald joined the the team at Liberty Fencing in July, and is responsible for leading the installation division. He is also responsible for adhering to Liberty Fencing's promise to ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality.

Steves comes to Liberty Fencing with more than 11 years of experience in building and superintending the construction of fences in Southwest Florida. Prior to his position with Liberty Fencing, he held a number of senior positions at one of the largest fence companies in the Tampa Bay Area. During this time, he was instrumental in significantly increasing the quality and efficiency of fence installations. Under his leadership, the company saw a complete turnaround within the installation sector of their business, and experienced a client satisfaction rating growth of more than 50% within the first year.

Donald Steves is originally from upstate New York, and has enjoyed living in South Florida for more than five years. He currently resides in Cape Coral with his fiancee and four children, including the newest addition to the family, an 8-week old baby. In his free time, Don enjoys spending quality time with his family.
