Rabine Group Foundation facilitates its 3rd Annual Charitable Family Festival
The Rabine Group Foundation's annual event to enrich the lives of the elderly was recently held at Friendship Village in Schaumburg

SCHAUMBURG, IL, September 21, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Rabine Group Foundation holds an event every year at a retirement home. This year, it was at the Friendship Village in Schaumburg, IL on September 11. Friendship Village is a continuing care retirement community with a range of living options, including independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing care.

The Rabine Group Foundation had more than twenty people volunteer to help out at the event. A petting zoo, snacks, drinks and an inflatable bounce were brought to Friendship Village to entertain the residents and their families. Part of the Rabine Group Foundation's mission is to enrich the lives of the elderly. This event is done yearly because it is a fun way for the Rabine Group and their families to be involved in the Foundation while making a difference in the lives of senior citizens.

Cheryl Rabine, Chairperson of the Rabine Group Foundation, was clearly pleased with the event. She said, "The staff and residents at Friendship Village were wonderful. There were so many happy faces and well fed goats."

The Rabine Group Foundation's mission is to invest time, talent and money needed to enrich the lives of children and elderly, and to support medical research on a local and national level. The members of the Board are committed to donating their time and resources for the improvement of others.
