Mr. Nuzzolo has established his career based on his love for homes. After retiring from his career as a licensed general contractor, he wanted to venture into a different sector of the industry. For the past 12 years, he has worked as a home inspector and completed more than 5,100 home inspections. Mr. Nuzzolo has a total of 30 years of professional experience, and specializes in customizing and enlarging residential older homes. He conducts both residential and commercial inspections.

A certified home inspector, Mr. Nuzzolo is accredited by the National Association of Home Inspectors and a member of the International Association of Home Inspectors. He is also recognized by the State of New York as a licensed and insured home inspector as well as a certified green building inspector. Mr. Nuzzolo also remains active with his peers by being involved in the American Society of Home Inspectors.
