Rabine Group Donates Food to Local Food Pantries
The Rabine Group members have generously donated over 2,800 nonperishable food items to two local food pantries.

SCHAUMBURG, IL, December 04, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Rabine Group had its annual food drive competition for 2011 in November. The food was collected from October 16th to November 11th. The Rabine Group collected more than 2,800 nonperishable food items, which is 400 more items than last year. The food was delivered to the Schaumburg Food Pantry and the Huntley Food Pantry. Both locations greatly appreciated help in supplying basic life necessities to people finding themselves in difficult times.

The Rabine Group was divided into 5 teams depending on which company an employee works under and which offices they are located at. The winning team of the competition received a pizza party lunch and the decision on where to donate the food.

The number of people visiting food pantries and homeless shelters is on the rise while the number of people able or willing to help is declining. Thank you to all who participated in the event. Your generosity has helped many families enjoy the Thanksgiving season.
