Masucci to the ranks of leading professionals as a result of his exceptional effort in the Energy Industry. As a Contract Engineer for the New York Power Authority, Mr. Masucci has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.

The New York Power Authority is the country's largest state public power organization, producing some of the cheapest electricity in North America. Their 17 generating facilities and over 1,400 circuit-miles of transmission lines produce the power to help sustain more than 380,000 jobs statewide. They are a national leader in promoting energy efficiency and the use of renewable-fuel and clean-energy technologies.

Vincent is responsible for reviewing new construction for buildings as well as enforcing and monitoring state codes and building requirements. He works with project engineers, and negotiates and coordinates outside contractors. During his educational career, Vincent earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Manhattan College. He is a Certified New York State Building Official and a Certified New York State Code Enforcement Officer. Vincent is part of the New York State Building Officials Conference.
