Established in 1988, S.E.R.S. Sheet Metal Works is a roofing and sheetmetal company based on the North West Coast of Tasmania. The roofing section of the business, known as S.E.R.S. Roofing services, offers metal roof and wall cladding, new and re-furbished, as well as fascia, gutters and downpipes, purlin replacement, licensed asbestos removal and all roof plumbing and allied work for domestic, commercial and industrial customers. The company's workshop section, which is known as S.E.R.S. Sheetmetal Works, manufactures custom made flashing and folded sheetmetal sections to order or to meet specific customer needs. They also have a retail section that sells all roofing and roof plumbing products as well as others including fencing and accessories directly to the general public.

Diane is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. She is also involved in setting up processes in day to day accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Diane is a member of ICCLA. In the time away from her busy schedule, she greatly enjoys running, kayaking, and biking.
