With an expertise in developing processes for quick retail construction, Ms. Bane has gained 10 years of experience with Jones Lang LaSalle. Encouraging herself and her peers to be consistently involved, she manages a team of project managers who oversee all renovations and new constructions for retail clients across the U.S.

Ms. Bane earned a certificate in interior design in addition to a college degree. She is also a LEED accredited professional, and holds both a LEED AP designation and Six Sigma green belt certification. Attributing her success to maintaining good ethics, she supports her local church and Habitat for Humanity International.
