Attributing his success to his compassion and pragmatic approach to working with people, Mr. Weeks will lead efforts focused on providing the best customer service and product selection based on the needs of each local community Orchard Supply Hardware serves. His experience includes tenure with Behr Paint as the Sr. Vice President during their extensive brand-building years as well as founding GPC Inc., a nationwide installation services business with clients that included The Home Depot. Other notable positions include President of Absolute EagleRock LLC where he worked as the lead new business development manager for Innovacyn and Quali-Tech companies.

Holding an MBA from Pepperdine University, Mr. Weeks also earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and an Associate of Art in real estate from Ferris State University. He is a member of the American Hardware Manufacturers Association and the Harvard Business Review.
