2011 Builder of the Year DSLD Homes Selects J Forrest Group to Lead Companywide Sales Training Program
Yearlong Schedule to Provide DSLD Homes' Sales Professionals with Ongoing Sales Training and Management for New Home Communities throughout Mississippi and Louisiana

MARINA DEL REY, CA, February 06, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- DSLD Homes, nationally recognized as the 2011 Builder of the Year by Professional Builder, recently selected J Forrest Group to lead a yearlong sales training and management program for its new home sales professionals companywide. The Leadership Selling and Leadership Sales Coaching training program consists of a series of on-site seminars; a tailored online e-learning website, video lessons and discussion boards; weekly sales-force goals and motivational calls; accountability reports; and executive and management coaching.

"Customer satisfaction is paramount to DSLD, so the training curriculum has been customized to elevate its sales professional's ability to provide service to the homebuyer before, during and after the purchase process, said Jason Forrest, CSO of J Forrest Group. "The program we've created will accomplish this goal and create positive long-term results for the homebuilder."

DSLD Homes, which designs, builds and sells new homes in more than 45 neighborhoods and communities in Southern Louisiana commenced its training program with J Forrest Group in early December. The entirety of the program will aim to enhance the success of DSLD's sales professionals by teaching the steps of selling, helping them create new behaviors and ultimately changing their own success paradigm so they will see themselves as successful. Jason Forrest will lead DSLD Homes' current group of 16 sales professionals through the new home sales training program and be responsible for coaching the homebuilder's two regional sales managers. J Forrest Group's National Sales Coach Jeanne Conger will be responsible for one-on-one coaching for the individual salespeople, helping improve the recruiting efforts of new sales professionals, and participating in field visits that are focused on maximizing underperforming communities.
