Aileen Hogan Named a VIP Member of Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Project Design
Aileen Hogan encourages innovation and efficiency at Hogan Solutions, Ltd.
NORTHAMPTON, UNITED KINGDOM, February 9, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Aileen Hogan, Health Care Consultant of Hogan Solutions, Ltd., has been named a VIP member of Cambridge Who's Who. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.
As a health care consultant of Hogan Solutions, Ltd., Ms. Hogan's areas of expertise include evidenced based process design, strategic review & business feasibility, performance management & recovery planning, contract negotiation and problem solving. She has been responsible for commissioning, planning and executing projects, as well as working with architects, construction teams & health planners on effective build-design process flow and business efficiency. She also has a particular interest on the impact of well placed technologies in supporting efficient operational processes, data collation and good KPI management focused on business and patient outcomes for both acute and community care services. She works to improve evidence based design research and sets a strategic platform for the successful delivery of health care initiatives and projects to maximize operational effectiveness. In 1985, Ms. Hogan was qualified as a registered general nurse, specializing in coronary care and cardiothoracic intensive care for children and adults. She also spent many years in a number of Middle Eastern countries in senior management positions in both operational management and project roles. She is a former project design director of Capio Health Care U.K. (now Ramsay Healthcare). Other roles included Associate Director for Corporate Affairs and National Implementation and Commissioning Manager for a Department of Health/private partnership initiative, (GC4) contract. She attributes her success to her hard work, her focused team approach, experience in the U.K. and abroad, extravert personality, sense of humor, and ongoing learning.
She became particularly interested in the effects of good project management and design when she was a senior manager in the Middle East looking at how design and aesthetics could influence change from an operational perspective. She sees opportunities for incremental growth planning with focused capital expenditure in both new build and re-engineering within existing facilities.
Ms. Hogan studied for her MBA with the Open University Business School and graduated in 2005. She also studied the Capio Leadership program in Sweden and received a Diploma in Leadership in 2003. She is an affiliate member of Center for Health Design, US. She likes to support the NSPCC, and Cancer Research UK.
In years to come, Ms. Hogan would like to work with organizations and individuals to look at the strategic aspects of healthcare management and the influence of design process and flow on creating a more efficient and effective operational model which would influence optimum patient outcomes. She would particularly like to expand her work with architectural design and information technology to support ongoing change needs to meet the demands on health infrastructure both now and in the future in both the hospital and community settings.
